Responsibilities
· Cleaning and sanitizing according to the cleaning schedules
· Cleaning and sanitizing dishes using mechanically conveyor dishwasher or three manual sinks
· Disposal of waste
· Serving food to residents
· Preparing nourishment carts
· Recording temperatures of assigned equipment
· Preparing supplements
*Preparing meals for residents
*Preparing production for next meal.
· Understands and follow the therapeutic guidelines for meals and nourishments
· Follow the specific departmental job routines
· Use protective equipment and devices as provided
· Report any missing or effective protective equipment/devices to supervisor
· Report any hazardous conditions to supervisor
· Completed the mandatory educational requirements of the department
Candidates must have completed Food Handlers Course.
LTC Experience is considered a significant asset.
Salary: $21.31-$23.89 per hour
