UNREGULATED CARE PROVIDER   Position: Unregulated Care Provider  Status: Full-Time Reason for Vacancy: Hiring additional staff for coverage  Schedule: Evening (2pm-10pm) and night (10pm-6am) shifts available  Hourly wage: starting at $21.03 Location (Home): Bayfield Manor, Kemptville, ON   Are you adaptable, compassionate, and motivated to make a difference every day? In this role, you will provide hands-on personal and nursing care, supporting the physical, emotional, social, and spiritual well-being of our residents. If you are passionate about delivering high-quality, resident-centered care in a supportive environment, we want to hear from you!   As a UCP you will: Assist in providing direct care for residents Provide emotional and social support to residents/families, including palliative care Work with multi-disciplinary team members to meet the needs of residents Support your team!    The ideal candidate for our team will have the following qualifications and skills: PSW Program Certificate or Diploma is an asset but not required Has passion and heart for providing quality care Knowledge and experience in care planning systems and documentation required Ability to communicate positively with other staff, residents and families   Interested applicants should apply directly through this posting.
